Typical wine of our territory and expression of the Tuscan tradition, the Chianti degli Azzoni Avogadro stands out for the vivacity and freshness of the very intense fruity aromas and for the extraordinary taste balance. To underline a discreet softness, a medium body with slightly chewy tannins and good drinkability.

Grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah
Vinification: Long maceration at controlled temperature
Ageing: 6 months in wooden barrels, 6 months in the bottle
Colour: Intense ruby red
Perfumes: Complex, sensations of violets and notes of vanilla

Pairings: Liver croutons, beef tenderloin in pink sauce, polenta and sausage
